    Excellent source and super quality

    I am low on vitamin D because of my training and now it is beginning to level off and with the addition of magnesium I am feeling stronger and faster. I use the same supplements with the Naomi immune multivitamin and the Mighty Mg.

    Works for me

    I get leg cramps from taking a statin so the magnesium with the Vit D eliminates them. The ONLY reason for my 4 stars and not 5, is that the packaging is contains microplastics - so I have to store them in a different container.
