MCT Oil: Zucchini Dip Recipe
Give your hummus a keto upgrade with zucchini for added vitamins and minerals. Add in MCT Oil for the good fats your body craves. It has easily become one of my favorite parts of a ketogenic diet because of its fat-burning qualities and how easily it can be digested. Enjoy the smooth texture of this dip while giving your energy levels a much-needed boost. More energy for you means better fat-burning ability. This delicious dip can also be paired with vegetables or your favorite keto bread or cracker.
MCT Zucchini Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced zucchini
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Organic MCT Oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt, more or less to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, slowly add in a little bit of water while blending to reach desired consistency.
