High Fiber Keto Smoothie Recipe


I’m going to give you a behind-the-scenes, sneak peek at my High Fiber Keto book with these delicious Berries and Cream Keto Smoothie. This is one of my favorite keto recipes from the book and a great example of how to add fiber and vegetables, even for breakfast!

Berries & Cream Keto Smoothie

Makes 4 servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes


1 medium English cucumber (ends removed)
1 avocado
1 cup frozen blackberries
Up to 1/4 cup Simply GoodFats® Organic MCT Oil (or coconut oil or butter)
2 scoops fiber supplement
1 cup heavy cream + 2 cups water
4 scoops collagen protein powder (optional)
1 cup of ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Nutritional analysis per serving (1/4 smoothie with protein powder): Calories 455, Fat 41g, Protein 12g, Carbs 17g, Fiber 9g
