Both my husband I have added GF to our daily routine. It’s an incredible product for help in gut health.
However, you find out very quickly where you are on the gut maintenance scale and I would suggest, at least at first, not using a full scoop. Work to improve eating habits, and rounding out your diet with high quality meats and fruits and vegetables. Add a small scoop to your drink of choice and watch gut correction begin!!!
