Working.....
Always the skeptic about what I am putting in my body, I needed to loose the extra 6 lbs that my Dr said was "part of the aging process...." I am a Pilates Practitioner (5'5; 131lbs) and did not feel good, my diet had not changed, nor my activity... PERIOD. I am taking a couple of other Naomi's supplements and like how they make me feel. The combination of the Mediterranean and GloSlim shed the extra 6 lbs without feeling "Crazy/jittery" I had good energy and continue to take both on a daily basis.
