It works!
I started taking citrus bergamot 500 milligrams about 1 year ago. There was a little progress lowering my cholesterol but not as much as I expected. I upped the dosage to 1000 milligrams about 9 months ago and started seeing the cholesterol numbers dropping more. It just takes time to get working in your system, at least with me it did. So I am a fan and won’t be without it. I also take Naomi’s Berberine 500 milligrams and try to avoid refined sugar. ng

Very disappointed!
I have been taking the supplement twice a day since January. I recently had blood pulled. My total cholesterol has gone up 50 points. So disappointed!!
