Good Fats: Healthy Ranch Dressing

Are you feeling like a good nosh this holiday season but trying to stay away from junky fats? With this healthy version of ranch dressing (or dip!), you can still enjoy the classic Ranch we all love while giving yourself a tasty dose of heart-healthy fats from avocado and coconut.

You can also use it as a dip for fresh vegetables. Studies show that workout your jaw gets from crunching on fresh veggies not only helps relieve stress but tricks your brain into thinking you’ve consumed more energy than you really have. This is a great “hack” for someone looking to find a simple switch from the chip bowl to the veggie platter!
