Antioxidant and fiber-rich black beans create a luscious base for these tasty beauty brownies. Raw cacao with coconut butter gives these brownies the moist, chocolaty decadence you have been craving. The bananas contain nutrients that are calming to the nervous system. While high carb treats can trigger intense cravings, the right dose of healthy, nutrient-dense carbohydrates can quickly satisfy even the strongest urge to raid your cupboards this holiday season!
The best part of these beauty brownies is that they are 100% real foods – based and contain zero refined flours and sugars. Bananas add a touch of natural sweetness without the aftermath of your traditional bakery brownie. Bake a batch of these to have something nourishing (not naughty!) on hand for weeks when the office goodies are just too irresistible.
