Quick & Easy Keto Guacamole Recipe
In this video I’m going to be showing you how to make a quick and simple, yet very delicious and healthy guacamole. Perfect recipe for cinco de mayo or any day you are in the mood for good fats. And the cherry on the cake is that it is 100% keto-friendly.
When people think of guacamole they think of something to dip chips in or spread on tacos, but it’s so much more. In fact, guacamole is packed full of nutrients and power foods.
I personally eat guacamole by the spoonful as a snack, and as a side in my meals in the same way one would eat mashed potatoes. The beauty of it is that there are no rules to the ratio of ingredients you put into it but that each one is a super food; you have your healthy fats, minerals, fiber, herbs, and you can 10x this recipe by simply adding a spoonful of creamy MCT oil, and enhance the taste simultaneously. It’s a win-win.
I like to keep mine rustic and mash the ingredients by hand, but you can also use a food processor to speed things up.
So grab those avocados 🥑 and get going, and the next time you think of guacamole don’t think of chips and dips or tacos, but instead a superfood that you can eat anytime, anywhere, and one that is keto-friendly and does wonders for your health.
