When should I take SleepAdapt?

How often can I take SleepAdapt?

SleepAdapt is safe to take nightly and will not lose its effectiveness with regular usage. It is non-habit forming, has no unwanted side effects and will not result in morning drowsiness.

Why is restful sleep so much more difficult to achieve as I get older?

Your melatonin production actually peaks when you are very young, around the age of 5, when you could sleep anytime and anywhere.
