When should I take SleepAdapt?

How often can I take SleepAdapt?

Why is restful sleep so much more difficult to achieve as I get older?

Sleep Adapt
I have been taking melatonin for several years, but have always had trouble falling asleep and going back to sleep when waking during the night. I decided to try SleepAdapt, and I have had terrific results. It has been less than a month, and I fall asleep faster, sleep longer without waking and don't have a groggy feeling when I wake up. It’s working!
I believe the SleepAdapt is beginning to help me to sleep better through the night, which is more than most of the other things I’ve tried! I do still have to add an extra tablet of melatonin sometimes if I’m awakened in the night! Thanks for your product!

Sleep Adapt
It helps me get sleepy when I take it a half hour before wanting to close my eyes and let's me sleep until a bathroom call, but I can fall back into sleep readily. I recommended it to my neighbor that was having trouble getting to and staying asleep all night.

Finally sleep!!!
Have had long struggle with difficulty getting a good nights sleep! Ie difficulty going to sleep, frequent wakeups, and lying awake for hours. Sleepadapt has resolved those issues. Not to say I still occasionally have some difficulty sleeping , but in general it’s remarkably better.
