    I tried this because I was facing having to go on statins to lower my cholesterol at age of 68… heart, disease and high cholesterol running in my family, and this was the first time that my cholesterol had started to rise and I was really nervous. Rather than start statins I told my doctor I was going to try this instead… Three months later bloodwork done and even my cardiologist was flabbergasted at how drastically my numbers had dropped.
