Excellent source and super quality
I am low on vitamin D because of my training and now it is beginning to level off and with the addition of magnesium I am feeling stronger and faster. I use the same supplements with the Naomi immune multivitamin and the Mighty Mg.

Tried the Activated Vitamin D
How can I return this product? The magnesium oxide in it has caused me to have diarrhea each time I've taken it. I tried cutting down to 1 capsule rather than take the 2 capsules recommended, but still get the same issue. I have had to go back to taking just my vitamin D and magnesium glycinate only to help me sleep and avoid this stomach issue.

Appreciate the higher dosage
My doctor advised me to increase my vitamin D3 because of my vitiligo but sometimes it was hard to find the 5000 IU dosage. I was happen to find Naomi’s product of Vitamin D3 because + magnesium. I was taking a separate magnesium supplement and now I get both in one product. Thank you!
