    The product did not help me go to sleep or stay asleep. My health app did not register any improvement in the quality of my sleep while using the product.

    Works as described! Best melatonin I have used!

    I am getting great sleep at night. If I wake up to use the bathroom it is easy to fall back asleep. You know that you sleep well because you feel a little groggy in the morning. However, don’t let that deter you from using the product. You will feel much better soon after waking up since you slept better. The grogginess wears off. So get moving and enjoy an energetic day!
