My doctor wanted to put me on a statin, I resisted. In the meantime, I found Naomi’s citrus bergamot, and began taking it once a day. A month later, my bad cholesterol was down 40 points, and my good cholesterol was up 12 points. It has continued to improve, although not as drastic.
