    Not sure I’d recommend.

    I thought I’d improve my memory, have better retention and have focus. I have not noticed any difference and even my family has noticed no difference. Not sure I’d recommend this product like I would their other products I take. Possibly because the other products you can actually measure the results unlike this one.

    Not sure about them.

    At first, I really liked them, but after a week of taking it, I noticed getting dizzy. I stopped it for a few days and the dizzy feeling went away. I started taking it again to see if the dizziness was related to the vitamin, and it started again. I stopped them for good. It might have worked for others, but as fo me it didn’t.
