    I lost 10 pounds to date. I am delighted with Berberine. I have not had any tests to date, but I am sure my levels have decreased. I have more energy and stamina.

    I am on thyroid and blood pressure meds. Since taking Berberine my TSH has come down from 200 mg to 100 mg synthroid. Blood pressure is already off one med and watching because last check it was right at level to maybe go off another. Also, A1C had been prediabetic to now in the wonderful range. Thank you Berberine.
