High Fiber Keto is a female-friendly keto diet and jump-start plan that is long overdue. With 90% of women living fiber deficient, the popular keto diets available aren't helpful in alleviating the female fiber dilemma. This is because much of the ketogenetic information available does not consider the unique needs of female biology.
Naomi Whittel, the New York Timesbest-selling author of Glow15, has investigated the issue in depth - going beyond the existing research on keto for women to design and run her own clinical study with researchers at Jacksonville University. In High Fiber Keto, she reveals her finding and explains how the problem isn't keto, it's fiber.
Whittel explores the prebiotic fiber sources that work within a keto framework to speed up your metabolism, transform your microbiome, balance your hormones, and keep you feeling full. To top it off, High Fiber Keto equips readers with a 22-day meal plan, movement plan, and delicious, easy-to-make recipes.
Based on the GLOW Study, the first clinical trial of its kind on the benefits of keto for women:
- Lose Weight
- Maximize Energy
- Regulate Hormones
- Improve Digestion
- Beautiful Skin
Step-by-step, Naomi guides you on a proven 22-day journey that makes the keto diet easy and effective.
More than 70 delicious high-fiber, keto-friendly recipes that keep you full and satisfied and boost your energy.

I purchased the book I love it
Good information. Lovely, accessible recipes.
I am nearly 70, have a pacemaker & am on Coumadin. But most diets don't accommodate this type of person. I guess they just think that we are a lost cause and are careless with our life & diet. That is not true.
So what I have to do is figure it all out myself. This is unfair. But that is what I am doing. I appreciate the information on fiber. However, I have to stay away from cruciferous vegetables. 😥
