Creamy MCT Orange Chia Pudding


Serves 2

2 tbsp. chia seeds
½ cup water or almond milk
2 tbsp Simply GOODFATS  Creamy MCT Mandarin Orange Dream
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup sliced strawberries


  1. Mix chia seeds into almond milk or water. Stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  2. Add creamy MCT and stir thoroughly.
  3. Top with strawberries and blueberries.
