Creamy MCT Orange Chia Pudding
2 tbsp. chia seeds
½ cup water or almond milk
2 tbsp Simply GOODFATS Creamy MCT Mandarin Orange Dream
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup sliced strawberries
- Mix chia seeds into almond milk or water. Stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Add creamy MCT and stir thoroughly.
- Top with strawberries and blueberries.
